dsm-iv bipolar diagnosis

ICD-10 and DSM-IV used in the United Kingdom for the diagnosis?

I am doing a job and I am a bit stuck in the diagnostic tool used in the United Kingdom for disorders such as schizophrenia and bipolar. is the ICD – 10 or DSM IV? Thanks

They use the ICD-10 in the UK, but both books are similar.
