(UK) How accurate is this video clip for a Police Sectioning?

The Police are understandably forceful, but are they really silent and uncompassionate in situations like this, regarding suicidal/mentally disordered people? Is this how they arrest/detain them, usually?
Extra appreciate it if people who are/were Police Officers or PCSO’s or whatever, or have been in/witnessed this sort of situation answer my question. 
Unfortunately yes, it happens like that in that sort of situation. Once a doctor comes and assesses the person in question THEY decide what the next course of action is. If they decide that the person needs to be sectioned then Police have to use whatever force is necessary (within reason) to take that person to the psychiatric unit. I have seen people being lay on before to hold them down and then handcuffed to the rear with limb restraints put on to stop them lashing out or running away. At the end of the day it’s for their own good
