Unfortunately there is no way to predict the cycles, because no one cycles of the same. A lot of people are affected by the seasons. My mood always collapses around October and May. It is common to have periods of normal mood between cycles, but not all the world is that lucky. It is a matter of waiting and learning out of their cycles. You might need a med change. It may take a year or two of trying different combinations to find one that really works for you specifically. The frustrating part of it is to wait a month or two to see if each work shift before changing something else. Is an arduous process, but worthwhile in the end.
