How do you know it can be given by the medicine? Furthermore, how can you control yourself when u have a manic episode hiccups? I am always depressed, but I had an episode last night and did not k now what to do, cry, cry me laugh all at the same time ….. can u share your experience bipolar II me? it is very difficult for me to memorize what I'm reading, but at the same time I feel very well in the composition and creation of things (keeping in my mind all the time) I am very sad and upset with myself

First, do not bother yourself. Having bipolar is not their fault. This is a good idea to get a support system, especially a person who will be there for you when you need to talk. Significant other, family member, close friend, whatever. This person (or persons) have to read up on bipolar disorder and has to remain nonjudgmental. Sometimes, just being able to express what is happening in my mind helps, whether or not it makes no sense at all. Believe me, I have walked and talk nonsense, while hypomanic. It's good to be able to search for clues that you are getting manic or depressed for you to do something about it right then. I'm assuming that seeing a psychiatrist regularly to keep up on medicines. If you do not like side effects, prescriptions can always change back or go to a different dose. Definitely talk to your doctor about it. I am on 600 mg of Trileptal and 300 mg of Wellbutrin XL and are very good for me. But my doctor knows that if I have a stressful event coming up, the chemistry of my brain is going to change. So she recommended that I add another 300 or 600 mg of Trileptal for about 3 weeks before she moved last month. Still kind of wig out about change, but I did not overcrowded, as I usually. Brain chemistry of each person is different, find out what works best for you. See also about getting a therapist. Mine has shown me coping skills and helped me to identify triggers, especially for depression. I wish him well!
