I may have bipolar disorder, which is some advise?
I live alone in Japan, and for about 7 months. my girlfriend lives here too, but a little too far. my mood changes a lot and often can not sleep at night. I often feel very depressed, but that can change completely in a day and lately, has been changing a lot. Sometimes I want to scream as loud as you can, sometimes I punch the walls. most of the time you just do not want to get out of bed.
You may have cyclothymia, a lesser form of bipolar disorder. see a psychiatrist, get the mood-stabilizing medicine. Or resolved with the help of a psychologist.
