grants bipolar disorder
Can I order a psychological evaluation of bipolar parents before the visit of the child?

My ex-husband-wife has committed to the rule Mental Hospital for unknown reasons. She has always been very changeable, very volatile – it moves or changes jobs every 3 months or so. She was abused as a child, and was diagnosed with bipolar disorder when he was in high school. She has attempted suicide at least once we know – which may be why he is in hospital Again, based on small pieces of information we discovered. They have a 9 year old daughter who is currently living with us, which brings me to my question – this girl who is supposed to live with his mother for the whole summer in about 6 weeks. The ex-wife stated that she will be by then – but I fear it will remain a danger to your child. Is it reasonable to ask the court psychological evaluation of this woman before she had given no extended visit? I must admit I know little or nothing about being bipolar – I'm exaggerating?

I'm bipolar, and it took a while before I got on the right medication he needed, it seems that is not stabilized. I would ask an emergency meeting with a lawyer and tell them your concerns, because if she just left the hospital, I do not trust her. They are still trying probably different drugs in it to see what will work best, and that's not going to complete or drugs arent 'going to be fully operational in six weeks. Moreover, if it was abused as a child (like me), which quite possibly there are other issues as well as being bipolar, such as PTSD, and that is a hard ONE to solution. Protect your stepson, but not for this woman because she is going to hell too. I will also tell you this, a symptom of this particular disease is that (not in each case, but many of them) the person does not want to continue their medication. Any side effects are horrible, or after they start to feel good, figure that are not needed anymore, so it's a real worry. Get legal advice and Get It Now.
