I can not control my anger! I am ashamed of myself!?
I can not control. I can be so rude sometimes, when you really do not want to be. I do not know how to stop it. I am ashamed of myself. Only uncontrollable. I've been diagnosed bipolar for almost 2 years, is that is or could be something else? Ways to deal with him instead of drugs? I do not like drugs at all and do not want them back. Thanks
