Is anyone happy with lamotrigine (generic Lamictal)?
Now I am taking 100 mg Lamictal for my bipolar rapid cycle 1. I've only been in a month, but it's great for me was incredible. When I went to the pharmacy to today's gave me the generic. I decided to look out of curiosity … and it seems that everyone has a million negative things to say about the generic and nothing positive. For me it is a price difference of $ 100 to $ 15! But .. Now I worry that have more side effects and / or not be as effective … and if it's really not that good, the extra money worth it for me, although I do not have much. So, does anyone has nothing positive to say? (or negative, I just want opinions and information)
I have not been able to tell a difference since moving to the generic, and I've been on Lamictal / lamotrigine for 5 years. It changed me as soon as available from the generic price drops from $ 70 to $ 10 for me.
