Could there be a link between spinal meningitis as a baby and the development of schizophrenia at age 20. My young cousin had meningitis when I was about 9 months old and almost died. He was on strong medication and hospitilized for weeks. He did have some minor behavioral problems as a child, but nothing really that stood out. He graduated from high school and inrolled leaving for the Air Force in June. Recently changed and became a different person and not sent to a state hospital where he was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. It only took us all bu surprise. Never in a million years have thought of that. Now has a "different name," says a U.S. Marshal and just talking crazy. Does anyone believe that this could be linked to him being so ill as a boy. And how did it go undetected for so long.
My mother had a muscle disease, and while she was actually wearing his medicine. She was on medication for severe pain, but always denied that affect their lives. No doubt that is denied affect my physical and mental health. The fact is that our states mental are closely related to our mental wellbeing. Your cousins meningitis was the determining factor in their early childhood development. We all know that the pain centers in the brain are directly related to our central nervous system. The issues cord of his cousin had also relate directly to the outside development of social behavior. Doctors and scientists who really know what they're talking about discovering the relationships between certain mental illnesses and our bodies ability to cope with pain. You've seen the commercials where the woman says ,"… but do not know that depression had to be painful. " It's true. There was a hell of a time to understand my growth. Ultrashy I was diagnosed ADD, and at the age of 15 I was very depressed. My family made me deal with it on my own account without medication. This is when I heard my mother's disease muscle I had before I was born. Hello, I have really come to understand my own behavior schizophrenia, as a result of how my own depression developing schizotypol behavior. Is that pain. It all stems from that pain. I'm living proof that although one may or may not medicate with pain killing drugs such as opiates, the body and mind cope one way or another. Now this is my belief, can not be documented fact, but I firmly believe that schizophrenia may be the result of the mind and the body's defense mechanism to deal with the pain. I have been taking one of the most strong drugs prescribed for both spinal pain, and addiction Herion. Look it up makes sense really. I bet if your cousin gets a pain management specialist who will to find his old self again, I promise!
