Zyprexa for bipolar disorder?
Do you take Zyprexa for bipolar disorder (currently)? If so, why would you? What dose is you? What side effects do you get? For certain side effects you take a medicine to counteract it? Do you feel the benefits of medicine outways potential risks? If you could answer as many questions as it may be more useful for me as I am debating the use Zyprexa for bipolar disorder. My current / past medications (lithium, Depakote, Tegratol, Abilify, Risperdal, Invega, Seroquel, Geodon, Topamax, Neurontin) are either not working for me. Thank you. Andy …
I take zyprexa for schizo affective disorder, this is a disease that has schizophrenia and bipolar similarities. I take 5mg, I also take Zoloft, for depression, but I think my depression zyprexa help anyway. I do not take any medicine to counteract the side effects of Zyprexa, which I have no side effects apart from a increased appetite. Among the benefits, ways of side effects, Zyprexa is also a stimulating mood and helps with anxiety. It makes me feel capable of dealing the world and I do not feel so shy socially when I take it. in fact a drug of its brilliant and really think you should give it a try.
