new york times bipolar
My daughter is turning 18 in two weeks and I'm not allowed to see her?

My daughter has decided she does not want to see me again, because I'm never around. I live in London and lives in York with her mother. I paid the minimum maintenance of the two children we had together, which includes money for them both to travel to see me, constantly as I could not travel because my girlfriend has a small child, has two and she is not the mental faculties person (she is bipolar disorder) to leave alone was not the best option. I tried explaining this to my daughter, but she will not listen. Since her mother and I separated four years ago I saw about 30 times – only 8.9 times in the last two years. Is there anything I can do or not?

Im about the same age as his daughter and to be honest I do not want to see you. I know I explained about his girlfriend, but you're children are your responosbility too and are first to be honest. If you said to me then I would refuse to see you because your what makes it sound like she's more important than their children. I should have done more to their children as they were wanted especially after a divorce when his children are likely to be vulnerable a. Needed most after a divorce and she probably feels as if the left when I needed you.
