Personality Disorder Victims?
Do you think they are treated differently by psychiatrists / psychiatric nurses, compared with people with bipolar or schizophrenia because of their diagnosis? In the UK people are often admitted to psychiatric units with the DP. There are services specialized theraputic community that offers few, but not enough. I'm only aware that some people (including professionals) have less of an understanding TP of other diseases / disorders.
How Woud person with personality disorder to know how your doctor treats someone with a different disorder? I was reading about PD (I think I have), said that the disease is more difficult to diagnose and is often overlooked and misdiagnosed as something else ….
