honestly like a couple of ppl said below its a crapshoot as far as the borderline groups go, all of the sites are like for family members not the people who suffer with it but i just think its a bit discriminating personally but whatev…ones i listed were for people with it not family members havent tried them all and some you do have to watch what you say and i hate having to kinda speak in tongue to talk about stuff since it might be ‘triggering’ to someone but its a personal thing…and some are more they want more recovering people or people doing dbt which i think is great and i do dbt some too but im not a ‘recovery’ kinda person lol…oh and the yahoo group i am in so it is one of those 50 messages a day kinda thing i get it in a daily digest so its 1 but some can be mopey or whatever it doesnt bother me but i can see how others might find it annoying just think if you feeling like crap there should be someone you could talk to….
for bipolar:
DBSA honestly i love but thats not online i mean you can look online to find a group in your area but once you find a group you mesh (they all have a different feel since its peer run) well with its pretty sweet…i seriously love my crazy friends yay…
but online bipolar groups will be easier to find than borderline so less of a rarity…

depressionforums.org i love its depression mainly but since bipolar is just multidimensional mood disorders it fits in quite nicely and it has other sections too
i also like the crazy boards pretty well but i do love not be censored so…
honestly i havent looked too much for bipolar support groups but theyre much easier to find took my years to find like the 8 for the borderline its crazy…google it besides the stuff i say i cant really give a proper recommendation for a website….
