Can my daughter suffers from pediatric bipolar disorder?

My daughter has ADHD and medication (Adderall) is not working. She has had problems anger for a little while. I have 2 sons (5 and 1 1 / 2) and she is 11. She smelled my 5 year old in the face for no reason. She has been very harmful to them. Last night, she was in a fight with a child in our street (I can not get to tell me anything!) And left deep scratches on the back and arms. She has been struggling with all the kids in my street and it was his last friend. I'm so ashamed and feel it is my fault. I do not know what to do. I've been reading about bipolar and is linked with ADHD and sometimes misdiagnosed. I am taking her to the doctor tomorrow, but I'm sick from it. Can anyone give me some ideas of what could be wrong?

I read the other answers, and I will not repeat what has been correctly submitted. I'll add another unpleasant possibility of a diagnosis: Impaired Behavior. I hope not, because the medication does not really help it. For children, whether biological problem or part of the personality, it is important that parents and other people in authority are fast, consistent and fair discipline of aggression. If discipline used at present nothing to stop the aggression, be flexible and try something else. In general, I recommend that the child's parents focus on the "activity of choice" … what they ask to do the most, or do more for pleasure … and use that as a carrot (reward) for the replacement of "conflict resolution skills" of violence. Another thing, once a child is in the gay drug-Go-Round, almost never about the doctor that the medication is not the answer … even if the drugs do not get the desired results. That's another problem. One more thing … disorderly conduct child tends to be angry only after experiencing consequences, not really before hand. So if your daughter is very happy when the attacks, and becomes sullen when you pay the price … is likely to conduct disorder.
