I found out I was pregnant and took me bipolar drugs, what can I do?

There are medications you can take while pregnant. Get another doctor! In addition, hormones are going to change. Some people do well without medication during pregnancy and others do not. It sounds like you are not doing well though. Seriously, get another doctor.
