schizoaffective bipolar type 1

I have schizoaffective bipolar type 1, what are the odds that I will cut my disability?

I've been on SSI SSDI since 2004. My medical review is due in a few years or less. What are the chances that I will cut my benefits because I'm seeing a psychiatrist and taking medication every day? worked part time for a while until I have suicidal thoughts
