signs of bipolar relapse
Is there something wrong with me or is it in my head?
I have had depression for about a year, recently began taking antidepressants. I feel much better, but if something bothers me feel so stupid again can be depressed even for a short period of time, I'm back again. It's really frustrating my anger has also worsened. My mother has depression, but never really asked what I heard and she is manic-depressive (bipolar) I'm kind scary because I do not want to be bipolar. But the most worrying sign that I have a terrible memory is perhaps due to negative thoughts. I'm nervous about the sessions with the psychiatric nurse coming to an end, and when you stop taking the medication in case you have a relapse. I do not want to go to school because she was intimidated by the year past.
to me if you are afraid to end the sessions with the nurse should speak up and say you do not feel stable enough, and needs support. CanRead eally all that you say about bullying is that bullies do not have all somethign bad happening in her life and make fun of others donw. their own way of feeling better about themselves, so I know you've probably heard before but only ignroe and they'll leave you alone with time.
