could the abuse from my father be the cause of my bipolar?
No one is totally sure yet. They know it is definately biologically and linked genetically but they don’t know if its just a predisposition that is then decided by environmental factor or not.
And in truth-it doesnt really matter what the cause is as long as you are seeking treatment. If it makes you feel better to blame him then go for it-he deserves it anyway.
