bipolar entrepreneurs
Monday, June 14th, 2010I am a single mom wanting to move to New Zealand. The father of my baby has no interest, but it is the birth certificate.?
He proved to be a nasty piece of work with a history of delinquency, drug use and developed severe bipolar matters worse and I did my best to help at all. (No comments sarcy about why I went with it please, love is blind!) He has not shown interest in our baby, but I was sufficiently good to put in the birth of our son. I want to emigrate to New Zealand where he spent a year in 2003 and start a new life, ideal for my son and me. Do you think you that my ex I could cause any difficulty in doing this – they probably would do it just to annoy me. I can apply for a business visa as I started my own IT business … What I most appreciate the comments. Thanks
My first comment is that you need to re-verify eligibility under the Entrepreneur category. I suggest you can not qualify, maybe you could investigate the category "Long term Business Visa" instead. This is probably a most appropriate path. As for your main question – The general rule is that if you include a child under 16 in your visa application, but do not include the other parent must provide evidence of your right to withdraw the child from their country of residence. You will have to investigate whether, in their country of origin, these tests can be obtained without the consent Parent / knowledge. Good luck.
