Thus began a cocktail for bipolar II disorder and can not focus?
I just (last week in June) began a regiment of 10 mg of Lexapro (an morning), 0.5 mg of Xanax (Twice during the day), and 15 mg Abilify (once before bedtime). And I was prepared for a rocky start to improve, but the worst part is you can not focus at all! I am the database administrator / systems analyst in a company, and I have to be able to focus in order to program well. I work for a group of individuals pool that, if they knew he was bipolar, would fire me in a moment, and I'm not even kidding, so do not think you can tell on the reason for my bad time. Is there any supplements or things you can do to improve my attention during these first few weeks? Thanks in advance.
A lot of psychiatric drugs can cause not be able to operate at "normal." Above all, anti-psychotic Abilify, I was in a high doses of another drug in this family and I could not work at all. I would recommend calling your psychiatrist and talking to him / her about it. Reducing the dose of a drug or all ur make you work better. I would be very careful with the supplements. I would talk to ur doctor. St. John's wart can be used to treat depression. If a bipolar 2, which is the problem most of the time.
