blood test bipolar

if i took ecstasy on saturday (19th) and got a blood test today (22nd) would it show?
I got a blood test and urine test today(tuesday) to check my Lithium levels (i take lithium for bipolar) and I took two pills (red buddahs) on saturday night/sunday morning at awakening (its a rave). I didnt know I had a test today.. It wasnt scheduled but my mom was off work and wanted to get it over with today.. (i dont drive) it didnt even occur to me untill i was walking out. I’m 18, i know they are looking at my lithium levels.. which is a drug.. so if the E pops up on the test, will they tell my mom? and can i get in trouble at all, since its illegal? I dont know what the rules are for doctors on turning people in. I’m just really confused. It was my first time doing E too.. and like nothing happened to me, i didnt feel the trip or warm fuzzies at all. you know? It was a bust. but yeah i dont think that would make a difference since the pills went in my body.

yeah okay, my question was not “should i do drugs” or “are drugs bad”.
Although each drug and person is different, most drugs will stay in the system for 2-4 days. For chronic users of certain drugs, such a marijuana or PCP, results can be detected for up to 14 days, and sometimes much longer. Sedatives, such as Valium, may stay in the system for up to 30 days. When the more expensive hair testing method is used, drugs can be detected for a 90-day period. To avoid the complications from “second hand” marijuana smoke, most labs will set a higher threshold before reporting THC in the system.
I wanted to post this for you because u need to be informed correctly. yes when they r testing for a drug, there is a 50/50 chance they will pickup on the other drug u have taken. as for if they will tell you mom. you r 18 so i would hope they would inform you in private. but do to your condition they most likely will inform her if they find it. ( I’m sorry)
