bipolar cognitive deficits

I’m currently 25 years old and I have bipolar disorder. My problems deal with cognition deficits such as being unable to recall large chunks of information read. I’m always tired and exhausted. I don’t find pleasure in sex. All this started at the age of 20. I’m taking the medications Abilify, Lithium Carbonate, and Trazadone. It is really depressing. I’m unable to hold down a job because I’m constantly making errors due to the cognitive deficits. My family are getting tired of supporting me. I really don’t know what to do. I don’t have anywhere to turn. I might end up homeless or worst dead.

I’m sorry to hear your troubles. You need to go to www.socialsecurity.gov you can apply for disability online. It’s a long application but worth it.
And if you have your doctors backing you and are bipolar and unable to hold a job,then you definitely need to apply. This was you will have some of your money coming in.
