should remain friends with my ex bipolar?
They promised us that we need each other, we said we wanted forever. That became a I once saw as manipulation, lies and emotional abuse. He was happy with us, sleeping on a mat, the cost of loans for an apartment, I listened to my parents and much more. I had to leave and informed me the school of their erratic behavior. It seems that he was on his medication, but I learned that you have a difficult time to remain there. I have healed from abuse and still love you, but I can not stay with him and hope for a healthy relationship the future. Would it be wrong to contact him by e-mail Facebook. Or should I let it go?
Just let it go. It's better for you in the long term. As is so manipulative that he handled on Facebook or at least try. It's just better than you just cut all ties with him now. Block him in the face of book or delete the current file and create a new one under a new name. Also change the email so that you can not send messages.
