bipolar disability claim
Friday, June 4th, 2010"I can drive even tho i have a bipolar disorder or depression schizoeffective?
I have a depression for over 10 years and I have to renew my driver's license and is there is a question of what kind of medications you take? Do I have to be honest and say that? I can take Seroquel, Abilify, lithium, lorazepam, metoprolol and the day of my illness and have a disability claim that had not yet been passed and just hire a lawyer. Is it safe for a patient like me to drive.
Well, people change all medicines time, so I do not know how they prove what they were at a given. It is always best to tell the truth but I honestly do not think it really matters if you leave a few out or whatever. I've never heard of the DMV control over such things. Not I know it is safe for you to drive. I've been in three of these drugs and had no problem, but if I took Seroquel and tried to drive, would be passed out and crashed about 15 minutes. Some people can not handle benzodiazepines and should not be driving for them. I do not mind at all, but because some medicines are classified as anti However, you may need to know if you are taking this medication for a seizure disorder. Depending on the severity, I think I may have a restricted or revoked license for something. I can only guess that the biggest problem is if you have an accident and blamed his medication or otherwise left you were in medicine. In that case, they may be able to see that you never informed that they were taking. Still do not believe that is an issue and no one would know if they were not damaged and obviously had some type of blood test. I got my license at 16. Even though I have been seriously affected by depression, psychosis and anxiety / panic attacks since I was a teenager, was not officially diagnosed and put on medication until I was 28. I have major psychotic depression. I was always at least three drugs. At one point, I was in June, Abilify, Seroquel (for sleep), Klonopin, Effexor, Wellbutrin and Lithium. I've never had any problems driving in any drugs that have taken. Never tried to drive after taking Seroquel however. Two years ago, my state license finally expired and he needed to renew. I decided to finally legal and received in the state where they had lived in 11 years. Therefore, not only was a renewal, another state. I do not remember exactly what medicines I was at that time or what I filled out the form. Whatever it was, it seems to make a difference. The only restriction on my license is that I have yet to wear glasses. That trip to the DMV was all about changing my address and get a new photo taken. I recently got approved for disability, but they do not have a car even more (I I live in NYC) I'm not sure if that's something that even rise. I do not know if I am legally obliged to inform the DMV since it is not I have a physical disability or seizure disorder. Them seem to be mostly related to neurological dysfunction in lieu of any mood disorder. I know that sometimes people who have strokes or sleep apnea have to pass certain tests.
