nclex PN question…can someone please answer this question?
i was practicing questions in exam cram book..and there are questions that i felt the right answer was what i picked but they said the right answer is somethign else here are 2 questions that i m confused about can you guys tell me what you think the right answer is ? and why if possible..i m taking nclex in a week and i m very nervous and if you guys want to give me any tips i will appreciate that…
