One of my best friends girl goes to court for child support and rights Visiting the father but the father wants a DNA test to prove that the baby is his, but he told my friend that he wanted nothing to do with her or the baby and family it has done nothing but deny that the baby and spread horrible rumors. He was told to make a drug and alcohol test to prove he's a father, but unsuitable in addition that also is a bipolar schizophrenic and refuses to take his medicine. If there were some photos to prove it remains the drug and still drinking it would help to him or does not help at all?
Any test that can provide help if necessary. Certainly photos of him active drug use will earn him supervised visits. How do you know that is a bipolar schizophrenic? Did your doctor tell him or is that based on hearsay? And as for him that he wanted nothing to do with the baby, which is to him. But if the courts decide that he is the biological father, you will pay no matter what. And if not, you can lose your license driving have been seized from their income tax and go to jail. And guess what? That the board just keeps piling up and forward as well. He could be 90 years and still pay child support if you are not careful. As for his family, spreading lies, get a lawyer and ask him write a letter to cease and desist. Good luck!
