Can a federal employee be terminated for dealing with and having Bipolar disorder?
Recently, diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and missing work dealing with the matter.
I would say that violates the Family Medical Leave Act or the American Disability Act. Either way…see a lawyer for an opinion.
