Is this the tablets have to take?

I have 19 years of age and am anxious to see if the liver or any part of the body would damage if I keep taking these pills. Do not take any prescription drugs, rather than natural take-counter products. They are: 2 GNC multivitamins tablets (which recommends two daily) 3 Milk Thistle Caps (as I am concerned that I take pills too lol) 15 Metamucil fiber pills (they say it is recommended on the bottle) 1200 mg SAM-e for my bipolar (natural antidepressant) 3 fish oil tablets that are 1,000 mg (usually take this place is good for heart health) 2 colon cleanse tablets every two months, 2.5 Mg Melatonin for insomnia calcium and magnesium for insomnia which is 500 mg per day 1 Super B-5 Nature Made Bomplex cinnamon pills are 500 mg 2 tablets Cidar apple cider vinegar that are 600 mg each Is this bad? Could you do this my whole life? Any help would be great. Thank you.

I understand you also focuses on health. However, say what I think is right: All drugs pass through the liver first, to be broken, before going to rest of the body. Doctors and researchers do not know all the side effects or drug interactions have for each other. Interactions may occur immediately or may appear in the future. There are not many restrictions on herbal medicines more … are not approved by the FDA and are not regulated as well. They were not investigated enough to know how to act with other drugs or long-term effect they will have on the body. There are two types of vitamins … which are soluble in water and which are soluble in lipids. The water-soluble through the body much faster and are excreted in the urine if taken in excess. However, the lipid-soluble move much more slowly through the body and some are even stored in the liver. These lipid-soluble can be toxic in the body and cause liver cell damage and other conditions when taken in excess. Be sure to look on the labels of what you are taking and compare them with other drugs you have. You may accidentally take too much of a class. Excess minerals in the body can also be a problem. Excess calcium or magnesium can cause problems too. Many of these vitamins and minerals is found in foods and beverages that we eat … adding more would not be good then if you are taking in the eatting and drinking is causing to go above. It's really better to have blood tests before leaving any medicine. The doctor can tell what your body is missing and what perhaps is right for you take. It is wise to be under the care of doctors for this …. as it can detect if you are an overdose, if something does not seem right to blood tests to catch in time before it can be more serious in nature. Over the counter medications, herbal supplements, and even certain foods can interact with what drugs that can be taken from the doctor's office or other drugs in the same category as what you listed. Some people who take medication for his account, end up in the emergency room because doctors have no idea that they have taken drugs or that these drugs are … it is difficult to diagnose and confirm or not which can have, is caused by medications or something else. I'm being honest with you. I hope this is of some help.
