What are some foods that stabilize mood in bipolar disorder?
What are some of the healthiest foods for people with bipolar disorder? I'm supposedly bipolar, and I am constantly looking for ways to improve my condition. I do not drink caffine or alcohol. The worst for me is sugar. I'm addicted to fast food, I love anyting besides sugar. I have a diet that can help me to be stable. I read that omega 3 are very important and magnesium may help, but there are so many different ideas of what really helps. Can anyone recommend something that really works? besides, if I was trying eating more fish and fish oils, could I eat imitation crab meat? It is the only type of fish that can actually tolerate, as well as shrimp.
Do not force yourself to eat seafood if it makes you wrong. You can take fish oil capsules, which will give the same effect with respect to Omega 3 … But it would be wonderful if we could learn to enjoy seafood. =) I used to be really in fast food, so when I was a kid and never took care of my health. If it is fast food you crave, look a bit healthier alternatives to help ease you out of cravings. For example, instead of eating potatoes down fried in a fast food restaurant, quench their thirst with a healthy, baked french fries recipe home. Doing so could also help make you sick Food, if you are eating a little less appealing version of it. I had to finish a big bag of baked potatoes that I foolishly bought, and found who had actually … spoiled my taste for the chips. Check out this link as well: http://www.ehealthforum.com/health/topic107453.html The guy talks about how their sensitivity to certain foods may have deteriorated state. He stopped drinking cow's milk, and says he has helped a lot, no. Perhaps the most useful thing in itself same, but maybe you could avoid some foods that may be especially sensitive to, thus promoting a healthy recovery. Some of my immediate family Paget's disease, and I know it can be really hard times. I wish you the best of luck, and I hope this response helps.
