What is a clinical / development article and the authors conclude that "bipolar spectrum disorders in young people is a disease characterized by episodic subsyndromal episodes and, less frequently, syndromic usually mixed and depressive symptoms and the rapid changes of mood. How does one "feel" about it is irrelevant – I think his point is that once diagnosed with a bipolar spectrum disorder, an intermittent continue showing symptoms for at least the next four years (and, presumably, after the monitoring period).
