Can someone with bipolar who goes off his medications think they are gay?
2 weeks ago my wife recently left her medicines because of a severe reaction to an increase in one of them. Since then he has been living in another place because he thinks she's a lesbian, and says he's not sure if he can play the role wife and mother. No we do not have children yet. I firmly believe that this is due to be without medication and is the disease talking, not intelligent, loving, I love married for 1 year.
I can relate to this knowledge firsthand. I may be bipolar or schizoaffective disorder, one of those things, but I think no matter what Because of my drug treatment to all. In any case, when I had a psychotic (or mania) episode that changed my sexual orientation of homosexuals. I say that my sex drive went through the roof. Even went so far as to go on a real date Sheesh. I was like this for a couple of weeks or a month. I went with my friends. After my medications changed my mind kicks in you really can not go in the closet without people thinking differently about you. When I was in hospital I asked my doctor about it and he said I should forget. My group therapy counselor told me that this is not uncommom to go through these episodes. Some people can accept that, while others do not. Now, notice that he only had "thoughts" of being gay when I was going through puberty, but nothing serious until my illness kicks in. So, if this is because his wife is out of the medicine only advice I can give you is that your Swade to return them. I know that when I leave my medication all hell breaks loose. Hope this helps
