How many of us who are bipolar, rather than murder suicide?
Sometimes the thought of not being in my meds scare me. I used to be real and always means thinking about hurting someone. Thiking ways I hurt you with my bare hands. That is when I was a teenager. But since then I have always taken my medications. They treat me like I do food. But still sometimes think of hurting someone makes me angry. (Just thoughts) It's like when someone thinks of suicide. How many of us are like that?
