W bipolar or anxiety?

I have bipolar disorder – I've had for 13 years. I developed severe anxiety and depression is mixed with. I can not take antidepressants because they induce mania in me – I've tried most SSRI's and Wellbutrin. In the time it takes Tegretol (I used to take Lamictal, but was because of side effects). How is depression and anxiety in bipolar disorder, without antidepressants? Nor can I take lithium.
