What do you know about psychotic depression?

Okay. so. I was "diagnosed" with bipolar disorder, and given many drugs that only increased my problems. I was bored one day and was looking at the different types of depression online, and found depression psychotic, something I had never heard before, but I made a halt. I tried to explain to my mother and told her about it, but would only say "yes fail to diagnose it for yourself. "The thing is, I DO NOT self diagnose, and never before, this thing really was me, but for some reason, not accept it. I accepted when it was depressed, and even diagnosed with bipolar depression, but can not seem to wrap your brain around the concept of this. I know I need help, but obviously I'm in your insurance, and can not really do much for myself, I need your help. What can I do to …. convince her, I guess I need to extend help and treatment to overcome this?: (puh-puh-puh-answerrrrr puhleaaassee: (

Technically speaking, these symptoms of psychosis occur when the person is also depressed. For example, if a person is going through a period of remission of their depression, then psychotic symptoms also disappear. However, when the person is depressed again (for example, has another episode), then the symptoms psychotic may return. Talk to your doctor treating you for bipolar.
