70% VA Disability – VA incompetent trying to find my …?
Bipolar disorder and I am receiving disability through the VA for this and other physical problems. They recently increased my profits but proposes that I am incompetent to handle my own benefit. Anyone who had experience with this or know how long it takes to avoid conflict decision-making incompetence? VA Rep told me it could happen very Quicky, only 2 mos, but I'm a little tired.
Contact the nearest chapter of Disabled American Vets. Request that you contact one of his officers Field Service. These guys are experts on disability issues and that will not charge a penny for their services. He is even represented at the hearing with the VA.
