In this article I share with you today, my top 3 ways to take care of your brain. The brain is one of those organs in the body that we tend to forget what relates to fitness. Ask yourself Â-Â Forgotten gray matter for too long? Â "If so, these tips will help your brain in great shape in a short period of time. Go easy on yourself – instead of trying to apply to everybody today, why not try to work on them in the next schedule days or even during the next fortnight.

Okay here we go.

1. Drink more water. OK, you may have heard me say this before, but this is very important indeed! The brain is made of 80% water and that water plays an essential part of their function. When we become dehydrated, we can reduce our feeling of comfort and significantly reduce our performance and our learning. We are also serious long-term risk to our mental health. On average, the body human can lose up to 2.5 liters of water per day. These losses are through the lungs, skin (sweat) and through our urine. Our goal should be at least replace this loss on a daily basis. Try to drink more water during the day and eat more fruits and vegetables, as these are also filled with water.

2. Eat the right fats for your brain! The brain consists of a total of 60% fat, which includes saturated fat and cholesterol. Now most of us at first fat that are considered unsafe, however there are some fats that our brain needs to function normally. 20% of the fat brain must be composed of essential fatty acids and Omega-3 and omega-6. These two essential fatty acids are important because they can not do inside your body, so you need to make sure they are getting from their diet. Eat fatty fish such as these are a known source of Omega-3 and omega-6.

3. Exercise. Keep your brain in shape by keeping your body in shape! Scientists We have shown that regular exercise can greatly reduce the effects of depression, anxiety and stress. In fact, in many cases, exercise can work well as antidepressants. Keep your gray matter also happy to keep it healthy! You can do this by introducing a daily brisk walk in the park or perhaps take a dance class!

So we do not have! Increasing the water, eating the right amount of Omega-3 and omega-6 and take a brisk walk every day that you feel great and look towards a bright future!
